Trim Levels (Exterior)
The Murano's style is undeniable, and the best way to understand its array of exterior features is to look at its five available trim levels. The standard trim is the S, and it features 18-inch machine-finish aluminum-alloy wheels and LED headlights. The SV trim, on the other hand, additionally offers heated outside mirrors and LED fog lights. If you want more luxury features, the Midnight Edition may be to your liking. The design is complemented by 20-inch wheels and lower bumper accents in gloss black. Meanwhile, the SL trim offers 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, while the Platinum trim offers the same but with stylish dark hyper-silver designs. At the top Limited trim level, the Murano gets a dual-panel panoramic moonroof.
Engine (Power)
Under the hood of the Murano, you'll find a single engine option with enough power to get you where you need to go in style. It's a 3.5-liter V-6 with 260 horsepower and 240 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive comes standard, but the option to upgrade to all-wheel drive is available.
Performance
Maintaining control behind the wheel of the Murano is simple thanks to its array of exciting performance features. One of the most impressive is the intelligent all-wheel-drive system that will transfer power between different wheel sets as needed to maximize traction and control. The Murano also includes an independent suspension system with stabilizer bars, so you can expect a smooth and relaxing drive. It can even tow up to 1,500 pounds when properly equipped.
Interior
The inside of the Murano is spacious and luxurious, as you might expect, but the available Zero Gravity Seats take that to the next level. A Nissan specialty, these seats can make even the longest drives feel comfortable. This SUV additionally features climate-controlled front seats and dual-zone automatic temperature control. In terms of cargo space, the Murano offers 67 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down.
Safety Features
Safety features are aplenty in the 2023 Nissan Murano! Forward collision warning with automated emergency braking, for example, is standard on all Murano models. Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is the same, letting you enjoy convenience and peace of mind straight from the base trim level. Several other features are included as well as part of the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of driver assistance features. In fact, there are six total systems that work together to keep you safe.
